Voices on the Rise: Kudos Speech Team and Middle School Students Thrive at SCJFL 2025

On March 7th, the Kudos Speech Team and students from the Middle School Communication Level 2 class participated in the 2025 SCJFL March Speech Tournament at Jefferson Middle School. With over 250 entries, this event was a highly competitive experience.

For the Level 2 students, this tournament marked their first-ever competition after two years of speech and debate training. It was a fresh and exciting experience, allowing them to step into the world of competitive speaking for the first time. Despite the challenges, they embraced the moment, competed with determination, and had a fantastic time.

After an intense day of competition, students from both the Kudos Speech Team and Level 2 class advanced to the finals and achieved strong results. We extend our congratulations to all the competitors for their hard work and accomplishments. A special shout out to the Level 2 students for their impressive first-time performance—we are confident that this experience will propel them forward in their speech and debate journey.
